Usage Guidelines
• The Metaverse Space Library@IPPT is limited to interactive educational virtual reality (VR). This is not a study room.
• Students may reserve/use the room for up to two (2) hours.
• THE STAFF/STUDENT'S ID WILL BE HELD AT THE LIBRARY COUNTER UNTIL THE ROOM KEY AND VR CONTROLLERS ARE RETURNED.
Reserving the Room:
• Virtual Reality (VR) controllers must be booked 24 hours in advance. Reservations can be made using the booking tool at https://medhub.amdi.usm.my/lttbo/. An email confirmation will be sent upon approval of the booking.
• When VR controllers are being reserved, students will need to check out the key and VR controllers from the Library Counter, where they should return them when their scheduled time has ended.
Walk-in Use
• Users are welcome to use the space on-demand as long as they check at the Library Counter first to ensure it is free and to let the staff know how long they anticipate using it. The room will then be reserved by library staff for the academician or student so that it shows up as reserved on the booking calendar at https://medhub.amdi.usm.my/lttbo/
